Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the c100 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of the provisions listed, you must discontinue use of the platform.
Continued use of the c100 platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. c100 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users via the platform or registered email.
This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are not prohibited by local law from participating in betting or online gaming activities.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the c100 platform. Registration requires you to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address and a valid phone number.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your login credentials is considered to have been carried out by you. c100 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to report it to the c100 support team immediately at [email protected]. c100 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.
Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the c100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX online banking, DuitNow QR and local bank transfers. The use of unauthorised third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
Deposits made into your c100 account must be funded using a payment method registered in your own name. c100 reserves the right to decline deposits or place a hold on withdrawals where there is a discrepancy in the account holder information.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification requirements as set by c100 from time to time. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and the platform's current policies. All valid withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to internal review requirements.
C100 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party payment service providers. Users are advised to review the terms of their respective payment providers before initiating any transaction.
Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
C100 users must use this platform for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots or any technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Creating multiple accounts under the same or different identities to circumvent limits or abuse promotions.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation or illegal activity through the platform.
- Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.

C100 reserves the right to review account activity at any time. Any confirmed breach may result in bonus balance forfeiture, temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account in question.

Any valid balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures in effect.
Changes to These Terms
C100 reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address at least seven days before taking effect.
